Churches & Spiritual Organizations

Explore awareness, presence, and the way spiritual understanding meets everyday life.

Personal stories, contemplative inquiry, reflection, and dialogue invite participants to examine their own experience. Language and practices are agreed with the host to respect the community’s tradition. Personal sharing is voluntary.

Available as a keynote with discussion, an interactive workshop, or a facilitated session. The format and examples are shaped around your audience and the purpose of the gathering.

Sessions to explore

01

I Am Awareness

An experiential inquiry into the awareness of thoughts, emotions, sensations, and the identities we carry. Participants look directly at experience and consider how recognition informs daily living.

Participants explore: The difference between a passing thought and the awareness of that thought.

02

I Am That I Am

Explore the phrase “I am that I am” through reflection on being, identity, and direct experience. The session opens a conversation with the host’s spiritual tradition and leaves room for different interpretations.

Participants explore: What remains when we pause the descriptions we use to define ourselves.

03

Presence, Compassion, and Everyday Life

How do we meet disagreement, hurt, and uncertainty? Reflective exercises explore listening, compassion, and conscious response in relationships and community life.

Participants explore: One situation in which a more present response becomes possible.

04

Who Am I Being?

An interactive workshop on habitual responses, limiting beliefs, and the choices available in ordinary life. Reflection and paired dialogue connect spiritual inquiry with practical action.

Participants explore: A recurring pattern, a different response, and a concrete commitment.
