Schools & Colleges

Interactive sessions for students, educators, parents, and the wider school community.

How do we help students focus, participate, and develop their potential when social media competes for their attention? These sessions explore identity, choices, and learning through personal stories, practical exercises, and conversation.

High school sessions focus on peer pressure, belonging, learning habits, and life after school. College sessions explore independence, relationships, academic pressure, and choices about work and purpose.

Five sessions for students

01

Discovering Your Authentic Self

More Than a Grade, a Label, or an Opinion

Students examine comparison, approval, and limiting labels, then identify a strength those labels overlook.

Takeaway: Recognize one strength and choose an action that expresses it.

02

I Can Handle This

Meeting Pressure and Setbacks

Students practice pausing, naming what is happening, identifying what they can influence, and asking what they can do next.

Takeaway: Practice a brief pause and identify someone to approach for support.

03

Your Choices, Your Future

Integrity, Relationships, and Responsibility

Through group chats, peer pressure, boundaries, and interrupted study, students weigh consequences and rehearse respectful responses.

Takeaway: Apply a decision check and choose a digital boundary that supports learning.

04

Human Equity and Our Shared Civilization

Global Contributions and Equitable Opportunity

Students explore contributions across cultures and continents, including Africa and its diasporas, and connect equal human worth with equitable access to human rights, education, and opportunity.

Takeaway: Recognize a contribution from another culture and propose a way to make participation fairer at school.

05

Achieving Your Maximum Potential

A Simple Formula for Meaningful Progress

Discover what excites you, act wholeheartedly, and keep improving through practice and feedback. Students choose a goal, question a limiting belief, and plan their next step.

Takeaway: Leave with a goal, a practice plan, and someone to ask for feedback.

For the whole school community

Teachers

Who You Are Being: The Power of Presence

Explore what students learn from the way you listen, meet frustration, and respond to mistakes. Practice pausing, listening, and responding with care while keeping expectations clear.

Format: A 45-minute keynote followed by discussion, or a 90-minute workshop.

Full Day Teacher Workshop

Centered, Grounded, and Present

Guided reflection and classroom scenarios explore distraction, withdrawal, and participation. Teachers practice attentive listening, clear boundaries, and inviting student voice.

Takeaway: A presence practice and one classroom engagement strategy.

Parents & student support

Parenting with Presence

Practice connection, caring boundaries, and support for growing independence. Paired exercises explore listening before advice, social media and study habits, and encouraging achievement without tying worth to grades.

Format: A 90-minute interactive workshop, adapted to the age group.

A New Beginning

A focused small-group session for students who need additional support with learning, relationships, or participation. Students explore strengths, rehearse a different response, and choose a meaningful next step.

Planned with the school’s student support team. Duration, group size, and follow-up are agreed with the school.

Community workshop

Who Am I Being?

Awareness, Presence, and Choice

A full-day experiential workshop for teachers, parents, caregivers, and students aged 18 and over. Guided reflection, paired conversations, and practical exercises help participants notice recurring patterns and explore conscious choices.

Takeaway: Identify one pattern, practice a different response, and leave with a concrete commitment.

Personal sharing is voluntary. Separate reflection groups can be arranged.

Plan a session or a series

Book one session, a full-day workshop, or a series across the academic year. Sessions include a planning call, audience adaptation, and Q&A within the agreed session length. Fees are provided on enquiry.

Schools with limited budgets are warmly invited to discuss reduced-fee, shared-school, or sponsored arrangements, subject to availability and agreement.
